1. What Is a Cookie?
A cookie is a small text file placed on your device when you visit a website. It makes it possible to recognize your browser and remember certain information.
2. What the Site Uses Today
As it stands, the Site places no cookies: no essential cookies, no advertising cookies and no audience measurement cookies. The only item recorded is your consent choice, kept locally in your browser (localStorage, key sofast_consent). That information never leaves your device and is transmitted neither to SoFast nor to third parties.
3. The Consent Banner
On your first visit, a banner offers two options: "Accept all" or "Continue without accepting". Decline is the default setting: as long as you have not given your explicit agreement, no audience measurement is activated. Your choice is remembered in your browser and the banner no longer appears on later visits.
4. Audience Measurement
Audience measurement is inactive by default. It will be activated only after your explicit consent via "Accept all", and only once a measurement tool is actually put into service. That measurement will be anonymized and will work without cookies. Declining does not affect access to the content of the Site in any way.
5. Third-Party Services
All of the Site's resources (typefaces, scripts, stylesheets, images and video) are hosted on and served from the sofast.tv domain. The Site loads no resource from any third-party server, and consequently no third party receives any data relating to your visit, neither IP address nor request headers.
Separately, outbound links point to third-party services (YouTube, LinkedIn). Any cookies of theirs apply only on their own sites and are governed by their respective policies.
6. Changing My Choice
You can change your choice at any time. The button below clears the choice stored in your browser and shows the consent banner again.
Clearing site data in your browser settings has the same effect.
